Project Vulcan Mentorship – 90-Day Onboarding Guarantee (Refund Policy)
At StartOfferingAI, we stand behind our system. Because of the structure of our program and the level of support provided, we offer a conditional results-based guarantee instead of a traditional refund policy.
90-Day Monetization Guarantee
If your channel is not monetized within 90 days, you may qualify for a refund only if all conditions below are met in full.
This guarantee applies only to the Inner Vault Mentorship Program.
Eligibility Requirements
To qualify for this guarantee, you must meet every requirement below:
1. Consistent Mentor Engagement
You must have:
Requested help from your assigned mentor 5–6 times per week
For the entire duration of the 90-day program (approximately 60–70 mentor check-ins total)
Using the official communication channels inside the Mentorship Portal
All communication must be timestamped, logged, and visible in your account.
Missing any week disqualifies eligibility.
2. Proof of Implementation
You must show documented proof that every step of the program was implemented exactly as instructed, including:
Setting up GoHighLevel according to provided SOPs
Deploying the provided website templates
Configuring CRM pipelines and automations
Using approved outreach scripts and offers
Following pricing, positioning, and sales guidance
Attending (or watching replays of) all mandatory trainings
If any step was skipped, altered, delayed, or partially completed, the guarantee does not apply.
3. Course Participation Requirements
You must not have completed the program in its entirety.
This guarantee only applies if a lack of results is due to the system failing you — not if you completed the full curriculum without achieving results.
4. Program Activity & Upload Requirements
You must have:
Uploaded a minimum of 3 videos per week
For all 12 weeks
Using the templates and instructions provided
And allow our team to check that your uploads match the mentorship standards
If upload frequency or quality standards are not met, eligibility ends.
5. No Account Violations
You must have:
Completed a minimum of 10 cold calls per day
For at least 5 days per week
For all 12 weeks of the program
Using the approved scripts and targeting guidance
You must also show proof of:
CRM activity and call logs
Follow-ups via SMS and email
Funnel usage and booked calls
If outreach volume, consistency, or quality standards are not met, eligibility ends.
6. Final Client Acquisition Audit
You must not have:
Used external agencies, freelancers, or lead services
Purchased leads or traffic
Violated telecom, advertising, or platform policies
Used spam, automation abuse, or deceptive practices
Engaged in behavior that artificially affects results
Any violation voids the guarantee.
