At StartOfferingAI, we stand behind our system. Because of the structure of our program and the level of support provided, we offer a conditional results-based guarantee instead of a traditional refund policy.

90-Day Client Acquisition Guarantee (Conditional Refund Policy)

At StartOfferingAI, we stand behind the system we teach.

Because this mentorship provides direct support, live guidance, proprietary templates, and real-world sales frameworks, we offer a conditional results-based guarantee, not a traditional refund policy.

This guarantee exists to protect students who fully execute the system as instructed — not those who partially participate or fail to implement.

90-Day Client Acquisition Guarantee

If you do not acquire 20 active paying clients at $197/month or higher within 90 days, you may be eligible for a refund only if every condition below is met in full.

This guarantee applies only to the Project Vulcan AI Agency Mentorship Program.

Eligibility Requirements

To qualify for this guarantee, all requirements below must be satisfied.
Failure to meet any single requirement voids eligibility.

1. Consistent Mentor Engagement

You must have:

  • Requested guidance or feedback from your assigned mentor 5–6 times per week

  • For the entire 90-day duration of the program

  • Using official mentorship communication channels only

This equals approximately 60–70 documented mentor interactions.

All messages must be:

  • Timestamped

  • Logged

  • Visible within your mentorship account

Missing even one week of consistent engagement disqualifies eligibility.

2. Cold Calling & Outreach Volume (Non-Negotiable)

You must complete consistent daily outreach as instructed.

Minimum requirements:

  • 10–20 cold calls per day

  • For at least 5 days per week

  • For all 12 weeks (90 days) of the program

  • Using approved scripts, targeting rules, and offer structure

You must provide verifiable proof, including:

  • Call logs with timestamps

  • CRM activity records

  • Lead notes and follow-up history

Failure to maintain volume, consistency, or accuracy disqualifies eligibility.

3. CRM, Follow-Ups & Funnel Usage

You must demonstrate active usage of the provided systems, including:

  • GoHighLevel CRM configured exactly as instructed

  • Proper pipeline setup and usage

  • SMS and email follow-ups for all leads

  • Booked calls tracked inside the CRM

Proof must show:

  • Ongoing activity

  • Proper lead handling

  • No skipped steps

Incomplete or incorrect system usage voids the guarantee.

4. Program Implementation & Compliance

You must show documented proof that every core step of the program was implemented exactly as instructed, including:

  • Deploying the provided website templates

  • Using the approved pricing structure (minimum $197/month)

  • Following positioning and sales guidance

  • Using approved outreach scripts only

  • Targeting local businesses as instructed

  • Attending all required trainings or watching full replays

If any step was:

  • Skipped

  • Altered

  • Delayed

  • Partially completed

The guarantee does not apply.

5. 30-Day Progress Intervention Requirement

If results are not on track after the first 30 days, you must:

  • Notify your mentor immediately

  • Request corrective guidance

  • Implement all recommended adjustments

Failure to seek intervention or follow guidance at the 30-day mark disqualifies eligibility.

6. Attendance & Participation Requirements

You must:

  • Attend all public group calls live, or

  • Watch 100% of the replay recordings if unable to attend

Attendance and replay views must be logged.

Missed calls or unviewed replays void eligibility.

7. Client Acquisition Integrity Rules

You must not have:

  • Used external agencies or freelancers

  • Purchased leads, traffic, or booked calls

  • Used spam, automation abuse, or deceptive practices

  • Violated telecom, advertising, or platform policies

All clients must be acquired using the methods taught inside the program.

Any violation immediately voids the guarantee.

  • Inconsistent effort

  • Strategy deviation

  • Lack of outreach
